Profile: Wilf Hiebert, CHRP, BSc, CBA.
Wilf Hiebert, CHRP has over 30 years experience working in organizations' Corporate Management and Human Resource areas and as Consultant with a large national and international consulting firm and now his own firm the HIEBERT GROUP.

Wilf's experience at executive and management levels includes a range of industrial, business and institutional organizations. This experience combined with his consulting experience includes working with diverse local, provincial, national, and international organizational sectors including; health care, post secondary education, rehabilitation, agri-business, exploration, mining and energy, food processing and packaging, manufacturing, recycling, several community based organizations (CBOs), Crown corporations, federal, provincial and municipal government.

Wilf's experience includes lead management roles in significant organizational merger/amalgamation environments in three economic sectors. He has expertise in the full range of human resource programs, advising, facilitation, coaching, change management and organizational planning. His background includes experience in management information systems, corporate services, facilities management, purchasing and risk management. He is a skilled negotiator and mediator. He has traveled extensively in Canada and internationally.
This background has provided him with insight and applied knowledge in aligning people and organization/business processes.

Wilf's involvement in the human resource professional field includes Founding President of the Saskatchewan Council of Human Resource Associations and founding Board Member of the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations.
He is active as a volunteer in the community including the Balancing Work & Family Alliance, Chamber of Commerce Business Education Committee, Mediation Saskatchewan, and others.

Wilf is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), is a graduate of Alberta Executive Management Development Institute, the Saskatchewan Justice - Mediation program, and the University of Saskatchewan with a B.Sc. and CBA [Certificate Business Administration].
